My order showed up earlier than I expected, so shipping was definitely quick. That part was great. I just wish the overall experience felt a little more attentive, because when I had a question it kind of felt like I was being dismissed instead of actually helped.

"Not a lot to choose from"
I was hoping there’d be more brands to pick from, but the selection felt limited. It was a lot of the same kind of stuff, and I didn’t really see many options I recognized or trusted. I ended up not finding what I was looking for, and it kind of made me lose confidence that they’d have what I need next time.

I ordered from hazelandfawn.com and the delivery was dependable overall. The tracking updated fairly well, and the package arrived on the exact day they said it would. It wasn’t the quickest delivery I’ve ever had, but there wasn’t anything to really complain about. I’d be happy to order from them again.

I’ll admit the stuff is cute and the quality isn’t bad, but for what they’re charging, I kind of expected it to feel a bit more special. It’s not terrible or anything, but it does feel like they’re asking premium prices for something that’s just okay. Shipping was fine, so overall I’m a little mixed

I tried using the website on my phone, and it was just kind of frustrating. The filters didn’t really make sense to me, or at least I couldn’t get them to work the way I expected, and the pages seemed to load slowly. Maybe it was partly my phone, but it felt clunky enough that I gave up before placing an order.

This was a annoying experience. I found a bunch of things I actually liked, but almost every size or color I wanted was out of stock.

I kept checking back hoping something would change, but nopeee. Some items still look like they’re available until you click in, and then there are barely any options left.
It just felt like a waste of time browsing the site. If stuff isn’t actually available, I’d rather they make that clear way sooner.

My order from hazelandfawn.com arrived with most of the items correct, but one of them came in a different color than what I chose. It wasn’t the end of the world, but it was still frustrating, especially when it made me feel less like a customer and more like just another ticket number to get processed.

Shipping was decent and the packaging was fine, so I can’t really complain about that part. I might order again, but next time I’d definitely check everything as soon as it shows up instead of assuming it’s all right.

"Issue got stuck in policy loopholes"
I had a problem with my order support just kept sending me in circles. Every reply took forever, and when they finally did respond, it felt like they were hiding behind little policy loopholes instead of actually fixing anything. Nothing really got resolved, and the whole thing was just frustrating. I don’t see myself using them again.

I was disappointed with the tracking. It barely updated for days and felt all over the place, so I kept having to check it myself without really knowing when my order would arrive. The items are cute, but the delivery experience made the whole thing more stressful than it needed to be.

"Cute, but not worth the price!!"
I really wanted to love this because it looked so cute online!! But once it arrived, the material felt a little cheaper than I expected. The stitching was uneven in a few spots, and one of the pieces had some loose threads. It’s still usable, but for the price, I was hoping for better quality.

"Exchange was actually painless"
I accidentally ordered the wrong size, because apparently measuring is too much for me, so I had to start an exchange. It took a couple days to hear back, which felt like a tiny eternity, but once they replied, the whole thing was straightforward. The replacement showed up in good condition and fit way better. Definitely not the fastest process on earth, but it all worked out in the end. I’d order again.

"Backorder communication could’ve been better"
I ordered because it looked like the item was in stock, but later found out it was actually on backorder. I’m not saying it’s a scam, but the lack of clear updates definitely made me feel uneasy. I had to email twice before I got a real answer, which was frustrating.

My order from hazelandfawn.com showed up looking really good, honestly. The item was clean, no random marks, no weird damage, and it was exactly what I was expecting, which is nice because some deliveries are a total mess.
The packaging was simple, but it did its job fine. Nothing was bent, crushed, or screwed up when I opened it. Happy with how it arrived, no dumb surprises or busted-up nonsense.

Tried using the gift registry and… yeah, not great. I clicked around for a bit, couldn’t find what I was looking for, then got annoyed fast. Maybe it was just badly organized, maybe I missed something, but either way I gave up.
